Terms of Service
The deal, in plain words.
Effective 8 September 2026
These terms are between you and Nikola Popović ("we", "Nini"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Nini.
Nini is not medical advice. Nothing in the app — predictions, charts, food guidance, the assistant's answers — is a diagnosis or a substitute for a paediatrician. For anything medical, ask your doctor; for anything urgent, contact emergency services.
1. Who can use Nini
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Nini is for parents and carers; it is not designed for use by children.
2. Your account
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Give us accurate information about yourself. Information about your child is yours to enter and yours to correct.
- You can invite other caregivers to a child. They see that child's log and can add to it. You can remove them at any time, and they can leave at any time.
- You can delete your account from Settings. See Delete your account for what happens.
3. Free, trial and Premium
- Free includes logging, the shared timeline with your partner, and a limited number of assistant questions per day.
- The free trial gives you everything for 14 days. It needs no card and nothing to cancel; when it ends you simply return to Free unless you choose a plan.
- Premium is a monthly or yearly subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. It renews automatically at the price shown when you subscribed until you cancel. You cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, at any time, and you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Partner sharing is free for every caregiver, on every plan, and we intend to keep it that way.
- Prices may change; if they do, the store will ask you to agree before a renewal at a new price.
4. The assistant
- Answers are generated by an AI model from general parenting guidance and a summary of what you have logged. They can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date.
- The assistant does not diagnose, prescribe, or adjust treatment, and will not pretend to. When it points you to a doctor, please go.
- Use of the assistant is subject to fair use. If your use looks automated or excessive we may slow it down or pause it.
5. Your content
Everything you enter — logs, notes, photos, conversations — stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it, show it to you and the caregivers you invited, and process it to run the app, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use it for advertising and do not use your conversations to train AI models.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Nini to break the law, to harm anyone, to upload content you have no right to, to interfere with the service or other users, or to attempt to extract our data or models. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
7. Our promises, and their limits
- We work to keep Nini available, accurate and safe, and we will tell you when something goes wrong that affects you.
- Nini is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we do not guarantee that predictions are right, that the service is uninterrupted, or that the assistant's answers are correct, and we are not liable for decisions you make based on them.
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
8. Ending things
You can stop using Nini and delete your account at any time. We can end or suspend your access if you break these terms, with notice where the law requires it. If we ever discontinue Nini, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and the ability to export your data.
9. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Nini after that means you accept the new terms.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you may bring a claim in your local courts. We would rather talk first: hello@niniparenting.app.
